WeeWX is a free, versatile weather station software. WeeWX is an open-source, Python program that can run on various platforms including Linux, Mac, Windows, and any device capable of running Python. You can even run it on a Raspberry Pi. WeeWX is a compact program with weather station logging, charting, and visualization software with automatic uploads to several cloud services such as WeatherUnderground, PWSweather.com, CWOP, WOW, AWEKAS, and others.
Dyacon weather stations connect through the Modbus port on the weather station controller using an RS485-to-USB converter.
